Parfii-bot ff10f76469 fix(kei-auth): remove --key CLI flag (F12 HIGH — /proc/cmdline leak) 
KEI_AUTH_KEY env only. On missing env, explicit error with openssl rand suggestion + RULE 0.8 SSoT pointer.
